About Us
Senior Pastor
Mark and Brooke LambPastor Mark’s journey into ministry began
when he got saved at 16 years old. Through Gods divine plan, Mark had
already met a young woman by the name of Brooke who would eventually be his
wife just four weeks before his conversion. Brooke, Pastor Craig Shelton’s
daughter, moved from the east coast as a missionary family to the Native
Americans. Pastor Mark and Brooke met in Mark’s father’s school, Needles
Assembly of God Christian School.
After Pastor Mark’s radical
life-altering experience with the Lord, he followed the call to pastoral
ministry. This began with him working in Needles Assembly of God as a youth
leader, leading Bible studies and youth events. Over time, Mark took on the
role of youth pastor and worship leader. He was passionate about revival and
God’s will to manifest in the lives of the young people in his community.
Eventually, God led Pastor Mark to Calvary Chapel Bible College
where he attended with his, then fiancé, Brooke. Between his studies, he was
still actively assisting other pastors and youth pastors in the area by
guest speaking and playing music. Brooke was equally involved in ministry as
she assisted her father and mother on the Reservation and Calvary Chapel
Mohave where she served in the Pregnancy Care Center, worship team and
leading Youth Bible studies.
After Pastor Mark graduated, he and
Brooke continued in ministry together, assisting one another and eventually
marrying in March 2017.
Though twelve years have passed since God’s
call to ministry, Pastor Mark has stayed committed to seeing God’s plan
unfold in his own life with his first ministry being his family. He and
Brooke are now parents to three beautiful children: Sarah Grace, Malayna Lyn
and David Judah.
Pastor Mark’s passion and heart for his brothers
and sisters in Christ is to be a gateway for discipleship and equipping them
for the work of the ministry.
It was because of this passion he and
Brooke pioneered a fellowship called Beacon of Mohave. They faithfully
served in this ministry for three years until merging with The Word
Christian Church.
