Gracious Heavenly Father, I know that I have sinned against You and that my sins have separated me from You. I ask for Your forgiveness. I am truly sorry and now want to turn away from my sinful past. I believe that Your Son, Jesus Christ, died for my sins on the cross, that He was resurrected from the dead, is alive today, and hears all of my prayers. I invite Jesus into my heart and ask Him to be my personal Lord and Savior. Please send Your Holy Spirit to help me obey You and to help me understand and grow in the knowledge of who You are and Your great love for me. Please help me be the person that You have purposed me to be. Help me to follow Your example and do Your will for the rest of my life. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus I pray! Amen.
